Once the owner\u00a0joins DSA<\/a>\u00a0the dog can start earning badges.\u00a0 T<\/strong>he dog will need to earn the Dog Scout badge before paperwork for the other badges can be submitted<\/b>, but all badge earning is optional. It is highly recommended though, because it\u2019s fun for both the dog and the trainer!<\/p>\n (You must get this before other badges can be earned)<\/em><\/p>\n The online test will only work for video submission.
